What you will do

  • Manage local operational and strategic procurement across direct and indirect product and service categories.
  • Act as the primary contact for local market requirements and support group-level procurement transactions.
  • Lead tactical negotiations and ensure quality, timing, and cost efficiency across procurement activities.
  • Manage strategic supplier relationships and analyze market trends, price changes, and supply risks.
  • Implement supply chain policies, prepare annual procurement plans, and collaborate with legal, logistics, and technical teams.
  • Embed ESG principles into local supply chain activities, ensure vendor compliance, and contribute to sustainability reporting.

Requirements

  • University degree in a business-related field.
  • Solid experience in procurement or supply chain management, including stakeholder mapping, category strategies, and end-to-end procurement.
  • Knowledge of modern supply chain management category practices and tools.
  • Strong negotiation, analytical, communication, and independent decision-making skills.
  • Excellent English at C1 level required.

Nice to have

  • Experience in the telecommunications sector.
  • Knowledge of SAP MM/FI, Ariba, or public procurement regulations.
  • German or another European language.
