Senior DevOps Engineer

Location: Budapest, Pécs, Debrecen, or Szeged, Hungary. Remote work is available only within Hungary due to European taxation regulations.

What you will do

• Set up and manage containerized environments on the CaaS@DTIT platform.
• Develop and maintain business objects, data models, backend logic, and APIs for mobile network infrastructure systems.
• Implement CI/CD pipelines, automation, and reliable service deployment processes.
• Build monitoring and logging solutions to support system stability, performance, and observability.
• Implement features, refine components, test services, and maintain technical documentation.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders while considering requirements from external partners.

Requirements

• Senior-level experience in DevOps engineering.
• Proven experience with CI/CD pipelines and automation tools.
• Hands-on knowledge of Docker and Kubernetes.
• Experience with monitoring and logging solutions such as Prometheus, Grafana, or the ELK Stack.
• Proficiency in Python or another scripting language.
• English at B2 level and availability to work remotely from Hungary.

Nice to have

• Experience with AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
• Familiarity with API gateways or service mesh technologies.
• Knowledge of database administration, data management, security, and compliance.
• Experience with agile and DevOps-driven environments, container orchestration, or CaaS solutions.
• Background in backend systems development or microservices architecture.
