Location: Overland Park, Kansas, USA; office-based role with up to 10% travel

Salary: USD 121,000–150,000 per year

What you will do

  • Manage assigned medical information clients, including implementation, regular meetings, deliverables, KPIs, service levels, escalations, audits, and invoicing.
  • Act as the liaison between client stakeholders and the EVERSANA Medical Information Contact Center.
  • Mentor, train, and monitor staff performance across client products, procedures, and medical information resources.
  • Triage and respond to medical information inquiries from healthcare professionals, patients, caregivers, and payers across phone, email, CRM, and chat.
  • Identify and document adverse events and product complaints in accordance with procedures and post-marketing safety requirements.
  • Develop medical information content, including FAQs, Scientific Response Documents, Custom Response Documents, and medical inquiry responses.

Requirements

  • Pharm.D. degree required; an advanced healthcare degree is preferred.
  • One to two years of medical information or pharmaceutical industry experience required; two to five years preferred.
  • Knowledge of medical information contact center systems, therapeutic areas, medical literature evaluation, and FDA post-marketing adverse event reporting.
  • Experience with telephony, medical information databases, Microsoft Office, and video conferencing platforms.
  • Strong client management, communication, medical writing, project management, and time management skills.
  • Ability to work full-time with flexible scheduling and perform occasional on-call responsibilities.

Nice to have

  • Experience in a contact center and pharmaceutical industry environment.
  • Drug Information or specialty-area experience, particularly in oncology, hematology, immunology, rare disease, neurology, or cardiology.
