AI Motion Designer (Freelance, Full-time)

hirify.global is expanding a creative team focused on producing technology-driven advertising creatives and visual content for real products.

What you will do

• Develop video, animation, and visual-effects content for advertising campaigns from concepts and briefs through final renders.
• Use Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, Photoshop, and, where relevant, Cinema 4D or Blender.
• Integrate generative AI tools into creative production, including generation, automation, and optimization.
• Research and test emerging AI tools and adapt effective workflows for the creative team.
• Create reusable motion templates and assets for performance-focused ad campaigns.
• Work from storyboards while maintaining strong timing, visual rhythm, and storytelling quality.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of motion design experience, including advertising creatives.
• Proficiency in Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, and Photoshop.
• Practical experience with AI tools such as Seedance, VEO, Kling AI, HappyHorse, RunwayML, and ElevenLabs.
• Experience with prompt engineering and AI content optimization.
• Strong understanding of motion design principles, including timing, storytelling, and visual rhythm.
• Strong communication and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks independently and incorporate feedback.

Nice to have

• Experience in marketing, advertising, or production studios.
• Familiarity with 3D tools such as Cinema 4D or Blender.
• Experience working with varied digital formats and generative workflows for performance creatives.
