What you will do
- Provide internal technical support and troubleshoot access, device performance, password, and VPN issues.
- Implement, maintain, and monitor the Tailscale VPN environment.
- Administer user access, roles, SSO, SCIM, and joiner/mover/leaver workflows.
- Lead the transition of SSO to Okta and support Microsoft Entra ID implementation.
- Manage SaaS integrations, software licenses, IT vendors, endpoint security, patching, MDM, and device compliance.
- Improve Apple and Windows procurement and device-enrollment workflows while maintaining IT documentation and incident-response procedures.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in IT administration, system administration, or a similar role.
- Strong endpoint management and technical support experience across macOS and Windows.
- Hands-on experience with IAM, SSO, SCIM, user lifecycle management, Okta, and Microsoft Entra ID.
- Experience administering VPN solutions, MDM, device enrollment, OS and application patching, SaaS applications, and licenses.
- Strong troubleshooting, documentation, communication, and independent working skills in a part-time engagement.
- Upper-Intermediate or higher English required.

- Tailscale experience.
- SOC 2 experience.
- Experience with Apple and Windows device procurement and vendor coordination.
