Working Student - Forecast & Planning and S&OP in Airbus Customer Services

Location: Hamburg, Germany, at the Finkenwerder plant. Mobile working is possible after agreement with the department.

Salary: At least €18.53 per hour, depending on the job, plus special payments such as vacation pay.

What you will do

• Support improvement projects related to Forecast & Planning and Sales and Operations Planning.
• Manage and improve process performance KPIs.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to improve process flow efficiency.
• Identify issues and develop creative solutions using strong analytical skills.
• Define and lead workshops.

Requirements

• Be enrolled full-time at a university or higher-education institution in Business Administration, Business Engineering, Computer Science, or an equivalent field.
• Fluent German and English.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team.
• Coding skills in Python or similar programming languages.
• Availability for approximately 18 hours per week during studies and an initial 12-month contract.

Nice to have

• First experience with AI tools.
• Knowledge of Google Workspace, Google Diagrams, or Klaxoon.
