Associate, Analytics Engineering (AI): Productionizing Data Science and AI prototypes into reliable analytics applications and services with an accent on Python-based development, cloud or containerized deployment, and governed data platforms. Focus on modernizing legacy analytics solutions, supporting APAC operations, and building maintainable workflows with Python, Snowflake, Power BI, testing, and CI/CD.
Location: Singapore; hybrid model with 4 days in the office per week and 5 discretionary remote days per quarter, subject to manager approval

What you will do
- Productionize Data Science and AI prototypes into reliable, supportable applications and services using Python and containerized or cloud-based delivery patterns.
- Enable business users and citizen developers with technical guidance, templates, and safe pathways from prototype to production.
- Partner with global Data Science and engineering teams on clean architecture, source control, testing, and deployment standards.
- Create and maintain user documentation, runbooks, and knowledge resources for operational continuity.
- Modernize legacy analytics solutions into scalable patterns using Python, Snowflake, and governed platforms.
- Maintain Power BI dashboards, recurring analytical workflows, and APAC time-zone operational support.
Requirements
- 2–5 years of experience in analytics engineering, software engineering, data engineering, or a related technical role.
- Practical experience with Python and data-focused application development.
- Familiarity with Power BI, Snowflake, or similar analytics and data platforms.
- Experience with cloud deployment concepts, DevOps practices, Git, and/or CI/CD pipelines is strongly preferred.
- Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving, communication, organization, and documentation skills.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
