What you will do

• Partner with customers to understand their goals and create tailored success plans.
• Coordinate with internal teams to support smooth solution implementation and a strong customer experience.
• Monitor adoption and performance metrics, providing actionable insights and solutions.
• Conduct regular business reviews covering progress, outcomes, and enhancement opportunities.
• Coordinate with subject matter experts to address technical issues and engage customers after implementation.
• Support renewal planning and identify additional solutions aligned with customer goals.

Requirements

• Strong understanding of technology solutions and the ability to explain complex concepts clearly.
• Excellent communication skills for working with diverse stakeholders.
• Ability to work independently and coordinate cross-functional teams.
• Experience in customer relationship management or a similar role.
• Problem-solving mindset focused on positive customer outcomes.
• Professional communication skills in Mandarin and English required.
