Business Development Manager (DACH)
The IT company Andersen invites a Business Development Manager on DACH market to join its team.
Andersen is a European pre-IPO IT company uniting over 3,500 top-class professionals: developers, architects, testers, analysts, and other specialists. For over 18 years, we have been helping enterprises and middle-sized firms worldwide transform their businesses by creating effective digital solutions using innovative technologies.
Location: Cyprus, Limassol
Responsibilities:
- Expand network to attract new clients and nurture existing relationships.
- Collaborate with teams & client stakeholders to identify challenges and propose solutions.
- Re-engage clients for renewed partnerships.
- Conduct client meetings (including business trips) and C-level negotiations.
- Proactively resolve client issues and concerns.
- Drive pre-sales: develop/present strategic solutions and monitor outcomes.
- Hold presentations, delegate tasks, and coordinate cross-departmental strategy execution.
Must-haves:
- Level of German – from Upper-Intermidiate+ and above.
- Level of English – from Upper-Intermidiate and above.
