Adsterra is an online advertising company, and our main project is an international ad platform that ranks in the world's Top 3. We're expanding our Publishers team and looking for a Business Development Representative internally, a "Domain Hunter", based in Cyprus, to grow our publisher base.

What you'll do
⭕ Source contacts for website and app owners using our sourcing playbook and research tools
⭕ Hand registered domains over to the retention team and brief them on each account
⭕ Keep every lead, conversation and outcome accurately logged in our CRM
⭕ Communicate with partners in writing: live chat, Telegram, WhatsApp, Teams; calls are rare
⭕ Track which sources and messages actually convert, and feed that back into the playbook

What we're looking for
⭕ Right to live and work in Cyprus
⭕ English B1 or above
⭕ Attention to detail and comfort working with large volumes of information
⭕ Self-organised and consistent
⭕ Clear, confident written communication
