What you will do
- Lead analytics for the company’s leading revenue engine.
- Define product and business KPIs and identify growth opportunities.
- Design and analyze A/B tests and experiments.
- Partner with Product and R&D to define events and tracking requirements.
- Deliver actionable analyses that influence product and business decisions.
- Present insights and recommendations to company leadership.
Requirements
- 4+ years of analytical experience in a fast-changing startup environment.
- Product analytics experience is required.
- Strong SQL skills and hands-on experience with A/B testing and product metrics.
- Strong business understanding and the ability to connect data to revenue impact.
- Excellent analytical and communication skills, plus experience with BI tools.
- Experience with marketing and growth analytics and AI-powered data solutions.
