Product Analyst (AI)

What you will do

• Identify product trends, opportunities, and questions, turning data into actionable insights and recommendations.
• Analyze user behavior, product performance, adoption, funnels, and usage to explain why patterns occur.
• Partner with Product to define KPIs, monitor performance, and apply A/B testing and other analytical methods.
• Collaborate with Product, R&D, and stakeholders to translate insights into product priorities and decisions.
• Build dashboards, reports, and analytical frameworks for product performance analysis.
• Ensure accuracy and reliability of organizational data and insights.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in Product Analytics or a similar analytical role, ideally in SaaS or cybersecurity.
• Strong analytical and critical-thinking skills, with the ability to identify meaningful insights and connect data points.
• Proficiency in SQL, including complex joins and window functions.
• Experience with BI tools such as Looker, Tableau, or Power BI.
• Hands-on experience using AI tools for analytics.
• Strong communication, stakeholder management, attention to detail, and ability to influence product decisions through data.

Nice to have

• Experience building AI agents.
• Experience with Amplitude, Salesforce, or data modeling and ETL processes.
