What you will do
- Manage, mentor, and grow a team of Product Analysts.
- Set the team’s direction, priorities, and high-impact analytics initiatives.
- Define product and business KPIs and turn complex questions into actionable insights and recommendations.
- Partner with Product, R&D, Data, Field, Sales, and senior leadership to influence decisions.
- Remain hands-on with data and lead key analyses when needed while focusing primarily on team impact.
Requirements
- 4+ years of people management experience leading Product Analysts or analytical teams.
- Experience working across at least two different organizations.
- Strong stakeholder management, communication, analytical, and critical-thinking skills.
- Strong working knowledge of SQL and BI tools such as Looker, Tableau, or Power BI.
- Hands-on experience using AI tools for analytics.
Nice to have
- Background in B2B SaaS or cybersecurity.
- Experience building AI agents.
- Experience with Python or ETL processes.
