Territory Marketing Manager II (Medior) (m/f/n) (Cybersecurity)

Location: Bratislava, Slovakia

Salary: from EUR 2,500 gross per month, plus a performance bonus of up to 10% of the basic salary paid twice per year.

What you will do

• Implement hirify.global marketing strategy across assigned EMEA growth and regular markets.
• Review annual marketing plans and recommend activities aligned with business objectives and priorities.
• Prioritize initiatives within allocated budgets and recommend relevant global marketing activities to partners.
• Coordinate the deployment of priority global marketing projects with sales, business development, and digital teams.
• Process Marketing Development Funds and Business Development Funds claims and prepare regular activity reports.
• Lead periodic marketing reviews, represent global marketing in assigned markets, and monitor partner contract compliance.

Requirements

• University degree in marketing, economics, business, or a related field.
• At least 3 years of experience in marketing, channel marketing, project coordination, or a similar role.
• Strong organization, execution, communication, negotiation, relationship management, and attention-to-detail skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-cultural environment and navigate complex situations with regular guidance.
• Advanced English proficiency at C1 level.
• Willingness to learn and take on new challenges; prior IT or technology experience is preferred.
