BIM MEP Team Leader

What you will do

• Create 3D MEP models, Revit families, and drawings from point clouds and design drawings.
• Update and revise BIM models and design drawings throughout the project life cycle.
• Detect and resolve MEP clashes and prepare QA/QC reports.
• Maintain the integrity and quality of BIM models and drawings.
• Plan modelling work according to internal standards and coordinate modelling, deliverables, and modifications with overseas colleagues.

Requirements

• Degree in MEP engineering or an equivalent qualification, with 3–5 years of experience in a similar role.
• Strong knowledge of Revit and Recap, with experience using BIM software and supporting tools such as Dynamo and APIs.
• Experience with collaborative BIM platforms and common data environments, including Autodesk Construction Cloud and BIM Collaborate Pro.
• Expertise in electrical systems, measurement and control technology, or electrical and ventilation design.
• Knowledge of ISO 19650, OmniClass, COBie, and IFC export standards is preferred.
• English communication skills are required, along with strong communication, interpersonal, problem-solving, and analytical abilities.
