What you will do

• Drive the hiring process forward and support a seamless recruiting experience for internal and external stakeholders.
• Partner with recruiters to execute recruiting activities and coordinate candidate and stakeholder interactions.
• Use generative AI and technology-enabled tools to support established workflows and improve efficiency, consistency, and deliverables.
• Participate in ad hoc process improvement initiatives and recruiting projects.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in any field of study.
• Keen attention to detail, sound judgment, and strong project management and facilitation skills.
• Experience following operational guidance, checklists, and controls in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to liaise across multiple business units.
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion, learn quickly, and work independently or as part of a team.
• Client-service mindset and comfort using generative AI and other technology-enabled tools.
