Senior Site Reliability Engineer (Kubernetes)

Location: Bellevue, Washington, United States; hybrid role with in-person onboarding and travel to the Toronto, Canada office during the first week

Salary: $147,000–$202,400 USD annual base salary for candidates located in California excluding the San Francisco Bay Area, Colorado, Illinois, New York, and Washington.

What you will do

• Design, build, and maintain highly available, scalable, and secure infrastructure for security SaaS offerings.
• Build and operate tooling for Snowflake data systems.
• Develop automation for infrastructure provisioning, application deployment, and incident response.
• Embed security and compliance practices across infrastructure and data platforms.
• Participate in on-call rotations, respond to critical incidents, lead root cause analysis, and implement preventative measures.
• Collaborate with development, data science, and security teams on architecture and service implementation.

Requirements

• Production-level coding skills and strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Deep experience with Terraform for cloud infrastructure provisioning and management.
• Familiarity with CI/CD practices and Spinnaker.
• Expertise with container technologies and production Kubernetes clusters.
• Experience with Flyway or similar database schema management tools.
• Direct experience with large-scale data systems, specifically Snowflake.

Nice to have

• Experience or strong interest in AI/ML applications such as AIOps and predictive analysis.
