Process Technician (CryoEM)

What you will do

• Prepare and mix liquid reagents for CryoEM consumable products.
• Assemble and handle very small components using precise manual techniques.
• Perform quality control checks to confirm products meet specification.
• Follow laboratory safety procedures, SOPs, quality systems, and health and safety requirements.
• Maintain accurate production records and support reliable process output.
• Contribute to problem-solving and continuous improvement activities.

Requirements

• Strong manual dexterity and fine motor control for manipulating small components.
• High attention to detail, accuracy, reliability, and a strong work ethic.
• Ability to follow procedures, work from process instructions, and maintain quality standards.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a small production team.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, and internet applications.
• Ability to complete training in the safe handling of chemicals and hazardous waste.
