We’re looking for a Senior Product Owner

🎯 What you’ll do:
— Own the product vision and roadmap and align them with business goals;
— Manage and prioritise the backlog based on business value, user impact, and changing priorities;
— Turn business needs into clear requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria;
— Drive delivery with the development team: clarify scope, remove blockers, and participate in Agile ceremonies;
— Validate product decisions through feedback and feature performance, adjusting priorities when needed;
— Use AI tools for product discovery, analysis, and everyday workflows.

💼 What we’re looking for:
— 2+ years in iGaming with an understanding of casino/betting mechanics, payments, bonuses, player accounts, affiliate tracking, and compliance;
— 4+ years in Product Ownership / Business Analysis with hands-on backlog ownership;
— Strong product mindset: ability to challenge requests, identify real problems, and make informed trade-offs;
— Experience with SDLC, Agile/Scrum, Jira, Confluence, UML/BPMN, and wireframing tools;
— Strong communication, analytical, and decomposition skills;
— Proactive and result-oriented approach with the ability to drive initiatives independently.
— A degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.
— Proficient Russian is a must, and Upper-Intermediate English or higher would be an advantage.
