AI Solutions Engineer

hirify.global is hiring for enterprise AI solution development and operation within an international engineering environment.

What you will do

• Design, develop, and implement enterprise AI use cases, including Generative AI applications, LLM services, RAG solutions, agentic workflows, multimodal systems, and MCP-based integrations.
• Build Python-based AI services and APIs, integrate AI models with enterprise applications and data sources, and maintain SQL-based data integrations and ETL pipelines.
• Deploy and operate scalable AI applications and model infrastructure on Microsoft Azure, including monitoring, observability, logging, alerting, and reliability improvements.
• Apply MLOps, CI/CD, evaluation, testing, quality assurance, governance, security, identity, and secrets-management practices.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, software engineers, data engineers, data scientists, and IT teams to translate requirements into technical AI solutions.
• Support AI adoption through enablement, training, documentation, reusable components, standards, and best-practice development.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
• 3–5 years of experience in software engineering, cloud engineering, AI engineering, machine learning engineering, or a related technical role.
• Strong Python development skills, including API development with FastAPI, Flask, or comparable frameworks.
• Production experience with Microsoft Azure, AI services, Generative AI applications, LLMs, SQL, ETL pipelines, enterprise data integration, CI/CD, DevOps, and MLOps.
• Understanding of cloud security, authentication, identity, secrets management, AI governance, responsible AI, troubleshooting, documentation, and operational reliability.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in global, cross-functional teams and communicate effectively with stakeholders.

Nice to have

• Experience with RAG architectures, vector databases, agentic and multi-agent systems, multimodal AI, LLM orchestration frameworks, MCP integrations, and open-source AI models.
• Knowledge of Docker, Kubernetes, AKS, Terraform, Bicep, Microsoft Fabric, Microsoft Copilot Studio, GitHub Copilot, AI evaluation frameworks, and model performance optimization.
• Experience with Azure AI Services, observability tools, Microsoft Entra ID, and IAM concepts.
• Relevant cloud, AI, or technology certifications.
