Project Manager (Power Generation)

Location: Seoul, South Korea. The role requires current residence in South Korea, legal permission to work there, and travel to customer sites with access to a vehicle. Projects may be in South Korea and occasionally overseas.

What you will do

• Manage onshore and offshore Combined Cycle Power Plant projects from engineering and supply through construction, commissioning, and warranty.
• Deliver projects against agreed quality, schedule, budget, functionality, and profitability targets.
• Review EPC and project contract requirements across engineering, supply, erection, commissioning, and warranty scopes.
• Coordinate engineering, manufacturing, resource management, customers, and other stakeholders throughout project execution.
• Lead customer meetings, resolve site-related issues, and maintain clear communication between customers and internal teams.
• Engage and manage subcontractors to secure the resources and capabilities required for successful delivery.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification in engineering, technology, or a related discipline.
• At least 10 years of experience in project management and/or a technical environment, preferably in power plants, construction, commissioning, or warranty activities.
• Experience managing construction and commissioning projects, with a focus on profitable project execution or warranty management.
• Fluency in Korean and English is required.
• Global mindset, intercultural awareness, ownership, independence, and effective prioritization in a multicultural environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, a valid driver’s license, access to a vehicle, and legal permission to work while currently residing in South Korea.
