Lead Strategic Partner Manager

Location: Seoul, South Korea; home-office friendly with hybrid work and possible on-site event presence

What you will do

• Manage the full life cycle of major events from signed commercial contract through final closing.
• Act as the main point of contact for event organizers and internal stakeholders.
• Coordinate multiple departments and workstreams to deliver requirements on time.
• Communicate product and process needs to headquarters and collaborate with product and engineering teams to prioritize delivery.
• Create and maintain comprehensive Q&A and documentation for user support and event operations.
• Attend event launches or other important dates on site when required.

Requirements

• Degree qualification and a background in project management or consulting.
• 6+ years of experience in project management or consulting.
• Fluent English and Korean.
• Strong analytical, organizational, communication, and relationship-management skills.
• Ability to coordinate departments, manage parallel workstreams, and deliver results in ambiguous, fast-paced environments.
• Ability to work with event partners, brands, agencies, and talent while thinking strategically about partnership briefs and event data.

• Experience in events.
