TL;DR
Software Engineer (HR & Employee Experience Tech) (Full-Stack Web Applications/AI): Building cloud-native HR products, APIs, enterprise integrations, and employee experience platforms with an accent on full-stack development, CI/CD, observability, and user-centred design. Focus on integrating enterprise systems and LLM or agentic AI capabilities, documenting technical decisions, and delivering reliable applications through iterative sprint cycles.
Location: Singapore, Singapore; on-site. Only Singapore Citizens will be considered.

What you will do
- Design and develop full-stack, cloud-native web applications for recruitment, career development, and employee engagement.
- Build reliable APIs and integrations connecting digital products with enterprise systems and HCM platforms.
- Deliver maintainable code, technical documentation, ADRs, and RFCs.
- Build CI/CD pipelines and implement observability through logging, metrics, and monitoring.
- Participate in sprint cycles, peer reviews, user engagement, and proactive issue resolution.
- Share engineering practices through internal technical blogs and knowledge-sharing sessions.
Requirements
- Background in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field.
- Understanding of data structures, software design principles, software engineering fundamentals, and basic database concepts.
- Familiarity with modern web development using Spring Boot, React, and Python.
- Familiarity with relational databases such as MSSQL and NoSQL databases such as MongoDB.
- Familiarity with Elasticsearch and observability tools or frameworks such as OpenTelemetry.
- Singapore citizenship is required; only Singapore Citizens will be considered.
Nice to have
- Experience integrating LLM and agentic AI capabilities.
- Knowledge of SAP or similar enterprise HCM systems, particularly integrations with custom-built applications.
