TL;DR
Senior Systems Engineer (AI/Cloud): Leading customer-facing technical engagements and designing enterprise storage and data infrastructure solutions across Data, AI, Cloud, Virtualization, and Kubernetes with an accent on solution architecture, presales consulting, and proof-of-concept delivery. Focus on translating complex technology into business value, developing RFP/RFI proposals, and solving infrastructure challenges for enterprise customers.
Location: Seoul, South Korea; onsite

What you will do
- Partner with Account Executives to develop strategic enterprise accounts and identify new opportunities.
- Lead customer technical discussions, workshops, consulting engagements, presentations, and proofs of concept.
- Design enterprise storage and data infrastructure solutions.
- Expand customer solutions into AI, cloud, virtualization, and Kubernetes environments.
- Develop technical proposals, solution architectures, RFP/RFI responses, and competitive positioning.
- Advise enterprise customers and collaborate with internal and partner teams to deliver successful outcomes.
Requirements
- 10+ years of IT infrastructure experience.
- Strong customer-facing presales or solution consulting experience.
- Experience in storage presales or engineering and a solid understanding of enterprise infrastructure and data architecture.
- Experience with one or more of AI, cloud, virtualization, or Kubernetes.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and problem-solving skills, including the ability to translate complex technology into clear business value.
- Business-level English communication skills and availability to work onsite in Seoul, South Korea.
Nice to have
- Experience with AI/ML or GPU infrastructure.
- Experience with Kubernetes, OpenShift, and cloud-native environments.
- Experience with VMware or other virtualization platforms.
- Experience with major enterprise storage and infrastructure platforms.
- Experience with large enterprise accounts and complex RFP or POC engagements.
