• Lead enterprise-wide credit and application fraud strategy, policies, and governance.
• Drive customer, compliance, risk, and commercial outcomes across the business.
• Oversee portfolio performance, credit decisioning, AI, and fraud technologies.
• Partner with senior leaders on business-wide initiatives and emerging risks.
• Drive automation, continuous improvement, and operational transformation.
• Lead high-performing teams and deliver executive reporting and insights.

Requirements

• Significant leadership experience in credit risk, fraud, or financial risk management.
• Strong expertise in risk frameworks, governance, compliance, and portfolio management.
• Experience with decisioning systems, analytics, AI, and technology-led solutions.
• Exceptional stakeholder management, influencing, and communication skills.
• Strong commercial acumen and a track record of delivering business outcomes.
• Proven ability to lead transformation and high-performing teams.
