Location: Shenzhen Futian 1 Office, Shenzhen, China; onsite role

What you will do
- Integrate and develop automation equipment and systems using AI technologies for intelligent manufacturing.
- Apply machine learning, deep learning, and reinforcement learning models to automation scenarios, including model selection, deployment, and debugging.
- Integrate PLC and software systems, including Mitsubishi and Omron platforms.
- Collaborate with mechanical and software teams on testing, launch, maintenance, and resolution of on-site technical issues.
- Explore industrial large models, edge AI, and other emerging applications in manufacturing.
- Prepare technical documentation and project reports to support knowledge sharing and solution deployment.
Requirements
- Master’s degree or above in Automation, Electronic Information Engineering, or a related field.
- Hands-on experience with AI, machine learning, or deep learning frameworks, including independent model training and deployment.
- Proficiency in Python and C++ programming.
- Experience with PLC/software integration; Mitsubishi or Omron experience is relevant.
- Strong logical thinking, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent English writing, speaking, and presentation skills.
Nice to have
- Project experience in machine vision, including OpenCV applications.
