Web3 Liquidity & FX Lead (Mandarin-speaking)

What you will do

• Lead daily monitoring of cash and liquidity across entities and currencies.
• Oversee short-, medium-, and long-term cash flow forecasting.
• Develop liquidity risk metrics, limits, stress-testing scenarios, and contingency funding plans.
• Design funding strategies and manage credit facilities, intercompany loans, and external funding arrangements.
• Support balance sheet and capital structure planning with Finance and Risk.
• Deliver liquidity reports, dashboards, and analysis while improving treasury systems and automation.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in treasury, liquidity, or cash management.
• Strong knowledge of liquidity risk metrics, cash forecasting, and banking operations.
• Proficiency with treasury systems, ERP software, and advanced Excel.
• Knowledge of safeguarding funds and VASP compliance is desirable.
• Mandarin-speaking with strong stakeholder management, analytical, problem-solving, and governance skills.
