Finance Shared Services Intern

Location: Remote within the United States

Salary: $20.50–$41.00 per hour in specified locations; $18.00–$36.00 per hour in other listed locations.

What you will do

• Process invoices and handle exceptions within Accounts Payable.
• Research and resolve a range of accounts payable invoice issues.
• Support or lead assigned procure-to-pay projects.
• Perform reconciliations and operational reviews.
• Collaborate with other functional groups and support process-improvement initiatives.

Requirements

• Eligibility requires pursuing a bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, or a related field, or having completed the degree within the last 12 months.
• Consistently meet deadlines and performance targets.
• Communicate effectively in verbal and written form.
• Work independently with limited supervision and contribute effectively to a team.
• Use Microsoft Office and Outlook, with an emphasis on advanced Excel skills.
• Demonstrate strong problem-solving, analytical, and critical-thinking skills.

Nice to have

• Experience with large ERP systems, especially SAP.
• Experience interpreting financial data and trends.
