What you will do

• Implement moderate improvements to manufacturing systems and processes.
• Analyze operational issues and develop solutions to improve job-area effectiveness.
• Manage projects and processes with general supervision.
• Explain and interpret operational processes, practices, and procedures to internal and external contacts.
• Set operational targets for programs and projects and recommend process enhancements.
• Delegate work, review deliverables, and provide guidance, coaching, and training to other employees.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree and at least 2 years of related engineering experience.
• Alternatively, a graduate degree with 0–2 years of related engineering experience.
• In lieu of a degree, at least 6 years of related engineering experience.
• Practical knowledge of project management and the ability to communicate processes and procedures effectively.
• The role is based in Camden, Arkansas, United States.
