Salary: MD $283,000–$316,500; Non-MD $254,000–$285,000

What you will do

  • Own and execute the Medical Affairs tactical plan for the Phase 2 bexobrutideg program in chronic spontaneous urticaria and multiple sclerosis.
  • Develop medical messaging, advisory boards, congress strategy, publication plans, and scientific engagement priorities.
  • Translate Phase 1/2 clinical and translational data, including BTK degradation and FcεRI-driven biology, into credible medical narratives.
  • Guide field medical education, scientific training, and key opinion leader engagement across the immunology pipeline.
  • Build relationships with allergists, immunologists, dermatologists, neurologists, and academic investigators, supporting trial-site selection and enrollment planning.
  • Partner with Clinical Development, HEOR, Regulatory, Legal, Compliance, Hematology, and Roche on evidence generation and compliant medical strategy.

Requirements

  • MD, PharmD, PhD, or DO required.
  • 8+ years of biopharmaceutical Medical Affairs and/or Field Medical experience, including direct support for Phase 2 or Phase 1b/2 assets.
  • Experience in immunology, allergy/immunology, dermatology, or related inflammatory or autoimmune diseases required.
  • Experience engaging neurologists, allergists, immunologists, dermatologists, and academic investigators.
  • Experience translating scientific data and healthcare professional feedback into medical communication strategy.
  • Experience partnering with Clinical Development, HEOR, Regulatory, Legal, and Compliance; co-development or partnered-program experience is strongly preferred.

  • Combined neuroscience and immunology expertise.
  • Experience in a growth-stage or pre-launch biotechnology setting.
  • Experience operating within a large-pharma collaboration.
