What you will do

• Create case studies, product one-sheets, product explainers, competitive materials, and sales enablement content.
• Adapt core assets for email, social media, websites, and sales decks.
• Produce short-form video and multimedia assets, including light design and video editing.
• Build expertise in BCDR, cybersecurity, MSP technology, and the product to translate technical capabilities into accessible content.
• Manage asset naming, versioning, folder structures, and content distribution workflows.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Product, Sales, Events & Community, RevOps, and external agency partners.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of content production experience, ideally in B2B, SaaS, channel, or MSP environments.
• Strong writing and editing skills, with the ability to explain complex technical topics clearly.
• Ability to learn cybersecurity, BCDR, and MSP technology quickly.
• Ability to independently handle light design and video editing.
• Strong organizational skills covering asset management, file versioning, and folder structures.
• Daily use of modern AI tools for drafting, research, multimedia, and quality assurance.

• Experience in cybersecurity, backup, or disaster recovery.
• Portfolio featuring technical content, product collateral, case studies, one-sheets, or multimedia projects.
