Technical Content Support Specialist

Location: Remote from Kazakhstan, Georgia, Azerbaijan, or Uzbekistan

What you will do

• Identify and resolve technical issues that arise during hotel bookings.
• Monitor the quality and accuracy of hotel rate displays for platform users.
• Enter and update hotel and rate information in the CRM system and internal admin panels.
• Manage multiple assignments while meeting established KPIs.

Requirements

• Ability to switch quickly between tasks and handle several assignments in parallel.
• Excellent spelling and punctuation, strong computer literacy, and confident PC use.
• Experience with Google Docs.
• Attention to detail, perseverance, and strong self-organization.
• Upper-Intermediate English or higher required.
