Maintenance Technician

What you will do

• Maintain residential homes, grounds, buildings, and property in good repair.
• Complete preventive, corrective, renovative, and general maintenance repairs.
• Participate in maintenance planning and capital improvement planning.
• Coordinate maintenance and repairs for the company vehicle fleet.
• Source and coordinate external vendors for skilled maintenance work.
• Manage tools, equipment, keys, and maintenance documentation in an organized manner.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED.
• At least two years of building maintenance experience, including heating, plumbing, electrical, and general repair.
• Ability to evaluate cost effectiveness and preventive measures.
• Good decision-making and communication skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Appropriate transportation and basic tools.
• Availability for evening and weekend on-call responsibilities.
