TL;DR
Senior Data Integration Engineer (Python): Designing, implementing, and deploying data integration pipelines across business, engineering, machine, drone, and external partner systems with an accent on ESB/ETL/ELT solutions, data transport technologies, and platform performance. Focus on building large-scale on-premises integrations, coordinating UAT and deployments, managing heterogeneous data sources and databases, and supporting reliable data integration services.
Location: Getafe, Spain; hybrid working model when possible

What you will do
- Design, implement, and deploy data integration pipelines across business systems, engineering systems, machines, drones, and external partners.
- Define integration activities for new use cases and requirements raised by Product Owners.
- Coordinate user acceptance testing and deployment activities with the relevant Operations Manager.
- Analyze data integration platform performance and help maintain service-level commitments.
- Maintain information flows, platform documentation, configuration management records, deployment plans, acceptance criteria, and transport technology metrics.
- Provide technical advice on architecture and integrations while collaborating with multidisciplinary teams using classical and agile project management methods.
Requirements
- University degree in an IT-related field.
- Over 5 years of relevant experience as a Data Integration Engineer.
- Hands-on experience building ESB and/or ETL/ELT solutions for large-scale on-premises data pipelines.
- Deep programming experience with Python, Flask, Node, JavaScript, or Express.
- Experience handling CSV, JSON, XML, relational databases, and NoSQL databases.
- English and French at negotiation level; strong collaboration and communication skills.
Nice to have
- Experience with API-based service technologies.
- Knowledge of DevOps methods and tools.
- IT project management knowledge and basic IT Service Management experience.
- Basic knowledge of data analytics and agile methodologies.
