O&R Diagnostic Technician Trainee

What you will do

• Support the aftermarket engineering group in developing repair processes.
• Perform visual and dimensional checks on materials, assemblies, tube details, and components.
• Inspect and test parts and assemblies against blueprints, engine manuals, customer instructions, and company procedures.
• Help evaluate and improve manufacturing methods and coordinate with management, engineering, and production staff.
• Apply statistical methods to estimate future manufacturing requirements and production potential.
• Maintain clean, orderly equipment and shop areas and complete assigned duties reliably.

Requirements

• Two-year degree in a related field, or two to five years of related experience and/or training, or an equivalent combination.
• Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English is required for FAA compliance.
• Knowledge of regulatory-agency requirements related to repair and overhaul.
• Excellent typing and computer skills with the ability to stay on task.
