Senior Associate, IT, Network Engineer (Network Engineering) (AWS/Azure and Network Security): Designing and managing secure, scalable network infrastructure across cloud and office environments with an accent on AWS, Azure, VPNs, firewalls, and high availability. Focus on integrating hybrid networks, automating operations, monitoring performance, and maintaining disaster recovery and business continuity.

What you will do
- Design secure, scalable, and highly available network architectures using VPNs, VPCs, virtual networks, and load balancers.
- Provision and manage cloud networking resources across AWS, Azure, and Cisco Meraki.
- Implement network security controls including firewalls, intrusion detection, encryption, and compliance measures.
- Monitor performance, troubleshoot incidents, and optimize network stability, availability, and efficiency.
- Integrate cloud environments with on-premises infrastructure and manage automation, scripting, backup, and disaster recovery processes.
- Maintain network documentation and collaborate with IT teams and stakeholders on incidents, maintenance, and infrastructure projects.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or associate degree in computer engineering, computer science, or a related field.
- Strong hands-on experience designing and supporting network infrastructure in AWS and Azure.
- Professional IT experience involving network and security engineering, with at least 3 years in an L2 IT Support capacity.
- Knowledge of TCP/IP, VLAN, WAN, MPLS, DNS, DHCP, IPsec, TLS, NAT, PAT, VPN, BGP, and OSPF.
- Experience with switches, routers, firewalls, VPNs, Layer 3 devices, access points, Wi-Fi, Cisco Meraki, Palo Alto, and/or Fortinet.
- Experience with Microsoft Server, Active Directory, DNS, Group Policy, VMware vSphere, terminal services, and SAN systems.
Nice to have
- Cisco CCNA or CCNP and relevant Azure or AWS certifications.
- ITIL certification and additional cloud networking experience.
- HPE 3PAR experience.
