Master Scheduler (Data Analytics)-Orthopeadics (Grecia, Costa Rica)

What you will do

• Develop and maintain monthly constrained Master Production Schedules based on net requirements.
• Plan site capacity across resources, shifts, equipment, and planned shutdowns; lead RCCP and Site Review Meetings.
• Coordinate the Latest Estimate process and align it with the Net Requirements Plan.
• Use SAP/APO, advanced planning tools, and offline models for scenario planning and forecasting analytics.
• Partner with data analytics teams to build KPI dashboards and apply AI/ML-based forecasting.
• Manage production scheduling horizons, inventory flows, risk mitigation, continuous improvement, and global capacity optimization.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Supply Chain, Data Analytics, or a related field.
• At least 4 years of experience in supply chain planning or scheduling within a global manufacturing environment.
• Significant experience with AI/ML-based forecasting, data visualization, data mining, and KPI dashboard development.
• High proficiency with SAP/APO or equivalent advanced planning tools and advanced Microsoft Excel.
• Fluent English and Spanish required.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, decision-making, leadership, stakeholder influence, and change-management skills.

Nice to have

• APICS CPIM or CSCP certification.
• PMP certification, an MBA or equivalent advanced degree, or Six Sigma/Lean Manufacturing certification.
