What you will do
- Coordinate weekly Integrated Tactical Planning (ITP) and monthly Integrated Business Planning (IBP) cycles.
- Build, maintain, and improve the statistical demand baseline using o9 and SAP planning solutions.
- Analyze demand patterns, sales trends, forecast accuracy, bias, inventory, and service-level KPIs.
- Identify demand and supply risks, develop mitigation plans, and support inventory optimization and loss reduction.
- Align regional forecasts with international finished-goods supply sources and collaborate with Commercial, Marketing, Finance, Supply Planning, Customer Logistics, IT, and global planning teams.
- Improve planning routines, governance, master data, forecasting models, and decision-making through data.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain, Operations, or a related field.
- 3–5 years of experience in Demand Planning, Supply Planning, Forecasting, or similar roles.
- Practical experience with IBP, ITP, and/or S&OP processes and statistical forecasting techniques.
- Hands-on knowledge of o9 and SAP planning solutions such as APO or IBP.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, organizational, communication, and stakeholder-management skills; proficiency in Excel and Power BI.
- Fluent English and Spanish required.
