Location: hirify.global Heredia, Costa Rica; onsite

Salary: ₡1,659,890.27–₡2,489,835.40 per month

What you will do

  • Coordinate and supervise materials, chemicals, and finished-product warehouse activities.
  • Control inventory and reconcile physical stock with SAP records.
  • Investigate inventory discrepancies, identify root causes, and implement corrective and preventive actions.
  • Coordinate subassembly purchasing and delivery, finished-product shipments, and material containment activities.
  • Supervise warehouse personnel, provide training, resolve conflicts, and conduct performance evaluations.
  • Maintain safety, environmental, quality, 6S, operational, and continuous improvement standards.

Requirements

  • Industrial Engineering or a related degree.
  • 5–10 years of experience in similar responsibilities.
  • Knowledge of chemical management, materials administration, and materials management.
  • Knowledge and application of ISO standards and load-moving equipment.
  • English at B1 level required.
  • Advanced knowledge of the Windows Office environment and knowledge of SAP.
