Contractor Business Analyst – Project Specialist (Hybrid)

What you will do

• Gather business requirements, define data, map processes, and develop functional specifications for technology platforms within the CoreConnect Programme.
• Support assigned project workstreams through planning, RAID management, scope and schedule tracking, dependency management, reporting, and governance.
• Translate business needs into structured requirements and user stories for configuration and testing teams.
• Coordinate solution design, build, SITE2E/UAT testing, data migration, cutover, and operational readiness activities.
• Support training coordination, communications, change management, impact assessments, gap analysis, and business readiness.
• Maintain quality across documentation, testing outcomes, process sign-off, and go-live deliverables.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or professional qualification in Business, IT, Computer Science, Accountancy, Finance, Engineering, or a related discipline, or equivalent professional experience.
• 7–10 years of experience as a Business Analyst, Project Manager, or in a hybrid role within technology or business transformation.
• Experience with ERP implementations, structured project delivery, cross-functional teams, external vendors, requirements documentation, process flows, testing plans, and operational readiness.
• Strong project management, analytical, stakeholder management, vendor coordination, and communication skills.
• Proficiency in process mapping, requirements documentation, UAT/test management, data structures, integration concepts, and data migration approaches.
• Familiarity with tools such as Smartsheet, Jira, Confluence, MS365, Visio, Nintex, or Visual Paradigm.

Nice to have

• Project Management or Business Analysis certification such as PMP, PRINCE2, or CBAP.
• Experience in financial services, fund administration, banking, or other highly regulated environments.
• Understanding of tier-1 TPRM, CLM, and sourcing technology platforms.
• Experience using AI technologies to enhance business processes.
