PSRC Americas Registration & Regulation Senior Specialist (Chemical Regulation)

Location: The Woodlands, Texas, United States — Corporate Office. Unrestricted right to work in the United States is required.

What you will do

• Prepare and manage chemical substance registration dossiers for submission to competent authorities across the Americas.
• Coordinate chemical notifications and registrations, including data collection, document preparation, internal approvals, timelines, and authority discussions.
• Act as the primary regulatory registration contact for hirify.global businesses in the Americas.
• Coordinate analytical, toxicology, physical-chemical, and other studies required for regulatory submissions.
• Monitor TSCA, CEPA, Latin American, and emerging chemical-management regulations, assess business impacts, and communicate regulatory implications.
• Represent hirify.global in the U.S. Responsible Care Committee, industry associations, regulatory authorities, inspections, audits, and related meetings.

Requirements

• Unrestricted right to work in the United States.
• University degree in science or engineering with 15+ years of specific relevant experience, and/or an advanced technical degree with 8+ years of relevant experience.
• High school diploma or equivalent; relevant experience may substitute for formal education.
• Experience in analytical chemistry and working knowledge of nanomaterial safety assessment.
• Strong project management, communication, flexibility, and adaptability skills.
• Ability to coordinate with Product Safety Stewardship, Toxicology, business, and regulatory teams.
