Payment Operations Manager (Online Payments)

What you will do

• Monitor payment methods, providers, cashiers, transaction flows, and operational issues.
• Analyze acceptance rates, payment costs, processing volumes, and available balances for withdrawals and top-ups.
• Escalate payment issues, handle customer support requests, and report daily and weekly activities to the Head of Operations.
• Create backup, contingency, emergency, monitoring, and support procedures.
• Assist with new payment provider and method integrations, including testing deployments.
• Partner with BI to improve internal reporting, payment flows, and tracking of critical business metrics.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience in billing, payments management, payment support, or a similar online payments role.
• Strong numerical skills and experience processing financial and transactional information.
• Advanced Excel and MS Office skills.
• Good understanding of online payment integrations, funnels, flows, and transactional systems.
• Experience communicating in writing and verbally with foreign customers or partners.
• At least Intermediate English proficiency, written and spoken.
