Policy Analyst (Trust & Safety)

What you will do

• Research, analyze, and review Trust & Safety policies and guidelines.
• Conduct deep-dive audits to identify gaps, inconsistencies, conflicts, and application issues.
• Draft and support the development and implementation of policies, guidelines, and operational updates.
• Provide policy support to agents, training, quality, Product, and Anti-Abuse teams.
• Collect feedback, answer policy questions, and contribute to continuous improvement projects.
• Act as a subject matter expert for assigned policies and collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders.

Requirements

• 2–3 years of Trust & Safety experience.
• Experience developing or improving content policies.
• Successful project management experience.
• Ability to collect, synthesize, analyze, and interpret quantitative and qualitative data.
• Experience influencing and negotiating with a broad range of stakeholders.
• Strong attention to detail, self-direction, organization, and communication skills.
