Senior DevOps Engineer - AWS, Terraform & Kubernetes (Advanced English)

Location: Hybrid position in Bogotá, Colombia

What you will do

• Design, deploy, and maintain AWS networking components, including VPCs, subnets, route tables, security groups, NAT gateways, and VPN connections.
• Provision and manage cloud infrastructure with Terraform following Infrastructure as Code practices.
• Administer Kubernetes networking, authentication, cluster connectivity, and production operations.
• Troubleshoot infrastructure incidents involving AWS services, Kubernetes clusters, VPN connectivity, databases, and networking.
• Support CI/CD pipelines and automate build, deployment, and operational tasks with scripting.
• Implement cloud security controls, monitoring, logging, encryption, IAM authentication, firewalls, and network access policies.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in cloud engineering, cloud networking, DevOps, or site reliability engineering.
• Hands-on AWS experience with VPC, EC2, RDS, IAM, VPN, security groups, route tables, and load balancers.
• Strong Terraform experience and experience administering and troubleshooting Kubernetes clusters.
• Knowledge of TCP/IP, DNS, routing, firewalls, IPsec VPN technologies, and network security principles.
• Experience with Python scripting, production environments, infrastructure incident resolution, Jenkins, and GitHub.
• English proficiency at B2 level or higher required.

Nice to have

• Experience with PowerShell or Perl scripting.
• Linux system administration and scripting experience.
