Manager, Production Management (Manufacturing)

What you will do

• Develop and manage production schedules to meet customer demand and delivery deadlines.
• Monitor yield, cycle time, scrap rate, and other production metrics to identify improvement opportunities.
• Allocate resources to optimize production capacity and lead daily production meetings.
• Manage, motivate, and develop supervisors and production operators.
• Implement lean manufacturing principles and lead continuous improvement projects.
• Use data analysis to identify trends and optimize production processes.

Requirements

• Proven experience in manufacturing operations management, preferably in a high-volume production environment.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Expertise in lean manufacturing and continuous improvement methodologies.
• Proficiency in data analysis and problem-solving.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for cross-functional collaboration.
• Knowledge of ERP systems and production planning tools.
