Location: Remote or onsite; offices available in Warsaw, Limassol, and Yerevan

What you will do
- Develop and launch player retention and win-back initiatives, including promotions, bonus programs, tournaments, and personalized campaigns.
- Design and execute multichannel communications through email, push notifications, SMS, pop-ups, notification centers, and messengers.
- Segment audiences and create tailored promotional offers and trigger-based workflows.
- Analyze campaign performance, build reporting dashboards, and develop data-driven optimization hypotheses.
- Coordinate campaign execution with regional teams and collaborate with Product, Analytics, and Growth.
- Monitor retention KPIs and verify the technical integrity of campaign mechanics.
Requirements
- At least 2 years of experience as a Retention Marketing Specialist.
- Hands-on experience planning and executing retention and win-back activities, promotions, bonuses, and tournaments.
- Understanding of promotion, bonus, tournament, and quest mechanics, including campaign unit economics and ROI evaluation.
- Experience with player segmentation, personalized communications, trigger-based workflows, retention metrics, and cohort analysis.
- Experience analyzing data and using Google Analytics, Tableau, and Power BI.
- Knowledge of game and slot providers, or of sports betting, odds, and sports.
