Data Engineer

What you will do

• Build and maintain robust data pipelines processing large volumes of data.
• Update and optimize the data platform for speed, scalability, and cost efficiency.
• Coordinate with functional teams to understand and meet data requirements.
• Develop tools and processes to monitor model performance and data accuracy.
• Solve general data-related problems across the platform.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience as a Data Engineer, or equivalent demonstrated accomplishments.
• Advanced SQL and proficient Python skills.
• Experience with cloud platforms such as Google Cloud, AWS, or Azure.
• Experience with version control tools such as Git.
• Strong problem-solving, written, and verbal communication skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Engineering, or a related field.

Nice to have

• Experience with data governance.
• Experience building and deploying machine learning models.
• Experience with Terraform or other infrastructure-as-code tools.

Hiring process
