Fullstack Developer (.NET)

Location: Hybrid in Katowice, Wrocław, Warsaw, or Poznań, Poland

What you will do

• Build and maintain the LOS21 payroll application for the Belgian market.
• Work with the team to understand requirements for legacy applications and contribute across the full product lifecycle.
• Design technically robust solutions, troubleshoot issues, debug, fix defects, and implement improvements.
• Participate in code reviews and knowledge-sharing activities.
• Provide third-line support to internal end users when required.
• Collaborate with server and network support departments while working independently and proactively.

Requirements

• 5+ years of .NET development experience in complex software environments.
• Practical experience developing WinForms applications.
• Strong SQL and database querying skills.
• Experience with Git, Visual Studio, and both front-end and back-end technologies.
• Familiarity with AI tools used in software development.
• Fluent English communication skills, written and spoken. Degree in Information Technology or equivalent practical expertise.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of DB2, NServiceBus, Entity Framework, Azure DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, release processes, or ASMX web services.
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum development teams.
