hirify.global is hiring for a client in the financial services sector developing automotive marketing products.

What you will do

• Rebuild campaign delivery services in Python for composing, queuing, and sending high-volume email and SMS.
• Design event-driven workflows with SQS, SES, Lambda, retries, dead-letter handling, and idempotency.
• Build data pipelines that transform warehouse segmentation, vehicle stock, and service history into consent-aware audience lists.
• Redesign multi-tenant data architecture and migrate live client data safely from fragmented databases.
• Manage reproducible AWS infrastructure in Terraform and build reusable modules with reviewed plans and managed state.
• Automate application and database delivery through CI/CD, testing, versioned migrations, and rollback mechanisms.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience writing production code, primarily in Python.
• Strong Python knowledge, including typing, pytest, packaging, dependency management, and concurrency.
• Production experience with AWS, especially SQS, SNS, Lambda, Step Functions, and event-driven architectures.
• Experience with Terraform or CDK/CloudFormation, CI/CD, containers, automated testing, SQL, and relational or columnar databases.
• Experience working with brownfield systems, live migrations, data reconciliation, and legacy C#/.NET code.
• English communication skills required for collaboration with UK-based stakeholders.

Nice to have

• Experience with high-volume messaging, SES, email deliverability, bounces, and complaints.
• Experience with dbt, Airflow/MWAA, CDC replication, or multi-tenant SaaS data models.
• Knowledge of GDPR, consent management, marketing, or CRM systems.
