What you will do

• Contact international customers to secure timely payment and minimize overdue debt.
• Process trade customer payments accurately and maintain precise financial records.
• Resolve payment disputes and ensure partners follow agreed payment schedules.
• Open and assess the creditworthiness of new trade accounts.
• Maintain a healthy customer portfolio and minimize financial risk.
• Identify and implement improvements to credit management processes.

Requirements

• Background in transactional finance.
• Experience managing customer payments, overdue debt, credit assessments, and disputes.
• Strong customer service, relationship-building, decisiveness, resilience, and integrity.
• Ability to maintain high standards of accuracy and efficiency in demanding situations.
• Japanese language ability is ideal for this international role.
